ummmm what?

I'm not sure if i was sucked into some sort of wormhole timewarp when i went to bed last night...BUT it's 72 degrees right now here in DE. I came to work in a short sleeve shirt and capri's. ummmm...i don't get it. Can someone talk to me about this?
